These guys are great! We needed a 4x4 towed on Sat afternoon and the online booking and quote was super easy. Then once ordered I could track the truck coming to me like you do checking on an uber. Great to see that someone was coming out straight away. The towie was great and so was the price. Highly recommend.

By far the worst service ever received, after a 10 minute phone call being spoken to like a dog, to be hung up on because i was in wind trying to find out exactly where i was, tried charging $195 (price wasn't really and issue as i did need a tow) for literally a 5 minute tow and told and it wouldn't happen for over 2 hours! I'm actually glad she hung up as they definitely didn't deserve the money.As if we weren't already having a bad enough day.As a mechanic running a very busy workshop, i WILL be recommending to my customers NEVER to use your company.Thanks for nothing! & have fun running your business into the ground :)Use Gold Coast Tow Trucks Light & Heavy, they were fantastic, $99 were there in 15 minutes and the customer service there was fantastic.

Absolutely terrible customer service.First they charged me a extra $120 Because you needed to use slides to get my car on the back of the truck.Then when the guy arrives he doesn’t even use the slides he just scroll drags my 2015 Bmw onto the truck and doesn’t give a two sh!ts.I called up and complained and asked why I had to spend a extra $120 if the guy was just going to destroy my car away.The lady at reception and also her boss couldn’t care less and refused to refund me the extra money they charged me to pay for the slides that they didn’t use.If you know what’s good for you stay as far away from this incompetent people as you can

Driver of vehicle - plate number TOW-366 - at 8:20-8:25AM on Tuesday 4th April on the M1 going South, nearly caused MULTIPLE accidents over a distance of over 10kms because he was using his mobile phone and kept swerving left and right. Nearly hitting a couple of HR trucks, including one who had to get into the emergency lane to avoid collision, and nearly hitting a fair few other cars.Absolutely unacceptable to put everyone's life at risk on the road because he couldn't stop himself from using his cellphone. Completely incompetent and extremely dangerous driver!

Disgraceful Business Practice. Booked to have our car towed, not only did they not show up, they lied repeatedly, charged us twice.... and our car never even got seen by a staff member let alone towed. Car was left on the side of the road until we contacted a reputable towing company. *Nationwide towing comes highly recommended, prompt and professional service unlike this shonky operation trading under the name of Wil-Tow. Be warned, and do not make the mistake of EVER booking a service with this useless Company. Even if I was in grave or moral danger, and no other option was available to me... I would still NOT contact this corrupt mob. Be warned people, be warned!!!!!

DO NOT USE - SCAMMERSBroke down on the side of the highway. I called them and they took my credit card details. Immediately took payment without doing the job first. 4.5hrs later still hadn’t done job. Called them and they were argumentative and rude, stated they couldn’t find my car (even tho it was on a highway). Recalled to complete job. Again didn’t do the tow. Charged me again for another tow which was an unauthorised transaction. So charged for 2 tows (2 x $99). Still didn’t do a tow. Guessing they didn’t even turn up as I wasn’t with my car and trusted them. Excuse after excuse and didn’t contact me at all, not once.Frauds who will charge you first and not do the job. FRAUDS!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Draco was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help moving my 1969 ambassador caravan. With hard access and a totally useless wheels plus best price. Immensely happy with the service

Towed my car without my permission, damaged the car in the process, Have tried to contact several times to sort out compensation for damages and they have failed to return calls and emails more then 5 times.

After having a breakdown I called and had a very pleasant interaction with the woman on the phone who organised a reasonably-priced tow for me. To their loss, Traffic Response and RACQ managed to tow my car before them, but multiple people in Wil-Tow remained open in communication throughout the process to check if I was able to get where I needed to be.Unfortunately, my credit card had already been charged at that point, so I gave them a quick call explaining what happened, and they asked me to send through an email. Less than 2 minutes of having done so, my refund was processed and now 2 days later the money is back on my card.Though I didn't fully utilise their service, I had a faultless experience throughout and quite contrary to the other reviews below..!
