Nice place to come for a meal. The service was great as is the food. The pricing quite reasonable and food portions are not too bad either. I personally prefer the Jackpot in Elizabeth Street in the City.

Modern spacious ambience. Service is quick. had the spicy braised beef brisket . The beef was nice , tender, and beautifully spiced. Next, we had the roast pork platter. The pork skin lacks lustre - there was no crackling. We had the coconut and lychee frappe, which was very refreshing. Staff were attentive and helpful.

You’ll hit the Jackpot!Jackpot is a great place to eat. It’s always not too crowded and the staff are always polite and friendly. Meals are prepared quickly and if you’re lucky you might get served by their robot waiter.Price wise you can’t beat it. The food is flavorful and the idea is to grab a few dishes to share. You can take home whatever you can’t finish to enjoy a second time.Do yourself a flavor and go check it out!

My second dine-in here. Both of my orders were delicious! First was Seafood with crispy noodle, second was Beef Brisket in noodle soup, so good. Going back again tomorrow.

My kids love robot-delivered food! Seriously though, the food is good (4 stars) and it’s mostly delivered to your table by a robot (5th star for fun-value). The menu is familiar Chinese- Aussie food, alongside an extensive kid-friendly drinks menu (and beers for me). The robot won’t bring “sizzling” meals or alcoholic drinks; which is fair enough. A great family option!

The most terrible service I have ever received and they tried to blame the customer for the mistake. We’ve been coming here since opening and have never had an issue until now. They’re getting stingy on the food, not worth. Money is spent better anywhere else at Newmarket ☺️

Ordered the Singapore noodles. Noodles were dry, egg tasted like it had been microwaved. You can tell by the quality very little effort has been put into this. I'd rate it as one of the worst Singapore noodle dishes I've had in a while. I gave it 2 stars because they overall flavour wasn't too bad. This is the first and last time I'll be ordering from here

This is my first 1 star ever. Dim sum cold, the meat in the signature pork belly was easily the worst dish I have ever had. My nephew went to pay and his meal was on the table before he returned from paying (only person at the counter) this meal will be best remembered for how astonishingly bad it was. Food is obviously pre-made cold and stodgy. Jackpot Dinning is always reliable West End and City stores are always great, really disappointing. Sweet staff.

Jackpot was one of the restaurants that I would always visit when I was still in uni. They do affordable dishes and portion size is decent! If you craving for Asian food, they do have a pretty big menu for you to choose from.
