Poor customer service skills, lack of duty of care to level 4 pensioner, poor communication, poor organisation, do not go with this company, they don't care about the elderly that they send undersigned staff who are abusive and argue and disrespect the person their there to provide care for. Catherine Martin is not capable of doing her job, complaints fall on deaf ears and no apologies given to those who are victims of abuse from there staff. Choose another provider
