How pathetic you can't replace a recharge voucher for the wrong one sold 2 me. This is what happens when you get children to pretend to be adults and do a rats hit job at itAnd yes you could have replaced it but you refused just too damn lazy well you know I won't stop there again

Seems to be getting worse! So understaffed most of the time. And mess up your order 9/10Long gone are the days walking out of there smiling.

Not only don't they answer the phone @ PARALOWIE OTR but Customer Service don't answer the phone either. So how on earth do you get intouch regarding damages from the OTR car wash to my vehicle that happened nearly a week ago. I'm still waiting for a call back.. :(

Every time I go here they try to pressure me into buying a lottery ticket. Every single time without fail. It's appalling.And every time I need to say no" 3-4 times

Your phone never works and nobody ever picks up... If it's not broken it's always something else. Your staff have even unplugged or taken phone of the hook before to avoid anyone calling.

Barely any QR codes for scanning once in (sun glares heavy on outside one), QR codes are all in spots where those physically challenged would not be able to reach (pretty high, nobody in a wheelchair would have half a chance).I asked for the advertised christmas pack" of scratchies

Possibly the worst servo I have had the displeasure of visiting. Pies that are cold in the middle and staff the could not care.will 100% avoid this place in the future

Was served by the Most rudest worker i have ever met! Iv gone into the servo to buy a packet of smokes for my partner and after iv paid iv Asked for my receipt by the “old lady worker” and she told me “no to late” as she’s already pushed the no receipt button and was only getting her copy out and wasn’t going to print another for me, iv then walked out the door to the park nxt to the door and showed my partner still haven’t left my hand that she put them into and he said “wrong ones” so iv taken them back inside to swap to the other brand same size but I was then served by the young guy that was working in the coffee part he was all good to swap but just wanted to see the hard copy which I said she had and that she also wouldn’t redo me a receipt he’s walked over asked to see it to swap that’s when she’s turned around and said “no we don’t do swaps you have left our store and we don’t know what you have done to them aswell as you weren’t quick enough to ask for your receipt” iv then said “are you kidding me everywhere else does it and he was going to do so why are you being such a stuck up b***h” iv then told her I’m reporting her to the head office as she was just stuck up from the moment she serverd me and the few in front of me aswell as the day before when my partner went in for a drink.I myself will never go back to that chick again will wait for someone else or go to another servo
