Brought things from here before. Not much difference from any other place other than the location is less than 5kms from our house. Staff like most places are friendly and try to get your business. The good thing is they are not overly pushy in their sales, which is good.

How wonderful it was to walk into a store, get greeted with a smile and get great customer service. Jo showed us the product and allowed my husband, who has aphasia, the time to try the adjustable bed and mattress, explaining how it worked several times. Jo answered all our questions, gave us a quote, explained the product was in stock, and delivery details (no pressure to buy) and thanked us for visiting the store. After several hours of checking out the product in other stores, we were back to Comfort Style, Malaga to make our final decision. My husband was able to retry the adjustable bed and mattress and without hesitate we made the purchase. Thanks to Jo for all your help and patience. Joe and Brunetta.

Kym went above and beyond to assist in the replacement of a faulty tv unit leg. Would happily shop here again in the future.

I found what wanted online rang up and they had it in stocks. She gave me a good discount (the best the computer would let her she said but I guess just taking it closer to the real price), I drove there and bought it. The lady was very helpful.

They got some nice furniture here. I was pleasantly surprised. Very impressed with the customer service. Decent customer service seems to be a dying art these days.

Missus purchased a bed suite from this company not realizing that it was too high for the bedroom window. Had to change her selection which meant their was a $600 difference between the two, which the company would only offer in credit not a refund. Considering it was a $2000 purchase I find that to be ridiculous. Their business policy needs to change. This should have been a wonderful experience as you only purchase a bed every 10 years or so. Unfortunately for them it has left sour taste in our mouths. We will never shop there ever again or recommend the company to anyone. Your loss.

Okay, so haven't made a purchase yet (checking our room dimensions etc) but I have to say really impressed with Kym on our initial in store experience. Kym's friendliness, product knowledge and professionalism was really appreciated. No pushy sales techniques, just a genuine interest in helping you make the right purchasing decision and on budget. Certainty a good first impression and highly recommend if you're in the market for furniture or a new bed.

Great bed - bought it and a bed head for our son on a Thursday night. We realised within hours of selecting the bed head that it would cover too much of the window (yes, we took measurements, but the reality of seeing something against the window later that night made us realise the bed head would be too high). I called in the next morning, to inquire about a refund for the bed head. We were met with absolute refusal and had to spend $600 on items we didn't need. Once you're locked in and paid, too late! Won't set foot in any of their stores ever again.

After a lengthy and difficult process dealing with multiple other furniture companies comfortstyle was a breath of fresh air. I made an online order and quickly called to correct a mistake I had made, in the midst of a tantrum from my daughter I had to accept what had happened and leave it as is.I was called back a few minutes later and offered an amazing deal from Jo, correcting the mistake I’d made and giving me what I needed at a reasonably discounted price.Will be shopping here again with Jo, she’s amazing!

Fantastic customer service and friendly employees. Only flaw being the inability to access the store from the left hand side of the road. Aside from that, brilliant furniture store.
