It was a tough decision to build our investment property in Far North QLD as we live far away in Melbourne. But considering the strong projected growth, exceptional rental returns and beauty of North QLD made easier to make the decision to build here. We got in contact with Five Rivers through a friend in Melbourne and after few phone meetings, we decided to build a duplex. Five Rivers team was very helpful throughout the process, from the beginning till handover they were very approachable and flexible. We mainly stayed in contact with Ram throughout the process and he was pleasure to work with. Ram walked us through all the steps like choosing the land, duplex design, signing contract, council approvals and other paperwork. We are pleased that the duplex is finished and rented straight away by Five Rivers Sales & Rentals. Five Rivers is a one stop shop - construction & real estate. The best thing was that I didn't even visited once through out the process and here we are with an investment Property with capital growth and great rental returns.
