Bruce at Festival City Carpet Cleaning was so professional and did a great job on our carpet. We are two young people renting and it was very affordable. He was a lovely person and a joy to have. Highly recommend. An easy 5 stars ☺️

Bruce was fantastic! Very stained carpet from our dog. Removed all the old stains and still looks like new. Even the kids texta marks vanished.Very happy with the results. I also had two rugs cleaned at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Bruce, he’s so friendly, personable & professional! I will be using Festival Cities services in the future and would recommend to all my friends and family.

I requested same day service and the company arrived less than 2 hours later. Professional, courteous and very pleasant staff. Attentioned high traffic areas, pet stains and stubborn old stains. Carpets and 2 rugs look, smell and feel brand new and I am truly amazed by the overall completed service. I am a very satisfied and am happy i used a local team. Excellent and highly recommend.
