Due to renovations, it is an inconvenience travelling between two premise to utilise all facilities.Mainly older generation. Regular clients seem to be territorial and a bit pushy. No atmosphere rather mediocreWould recommend to trial once renovations are completeStaff friendly, approachable and helpful

Currently renovating!Waves pool is not available at the moment. However, spas and two swimming polls are open with just a little more walking in around the site.Changed rooms and toilets could have managed in better ways.Brand new pair of shoe was stolen from changes rooms, so felt little insecure. And felt like staff was not very cooperative.

The staff were rude and racist. My brother had asked the reception staff if he was allowed in the hot tub and they said yes he sits in for not even 5 minutes and a rude lifeguard comes up and tells him he can’t use it because he has the wrong wrist band, however nobody else using the hot tub were wearing one. The lifeguard then takes him to the reception and then proceeded to accuse him of stealing the wrist bands that they gave him when we paid and says they will call the cops. Absolutely disrespectful and rude staff.

It is a good pool but just choose your hours as it can be busy. There is a discount on adult swimming in the middle of the day Monday to Friday. It also includes a gym and spa currently at the other side of building. Being in two parts due to renovations is a bit of a walk.

I have a full membership here and use it pretty much daily. The gym is the best Council gym I have seen. I only wish it was open a bit later. Two floors and lots of equipment. I swim several times a week and the combination membership is excellent value for money. I did notice the pool was less clean than other facilities. I heard there was an issue with the filter a while back but this has been resolved now. Pool shop limited.Gym staff are great and I appreciate their friendliness and have always been helpful when I have asked questions :)

It's pretty good, one of the best in the area, but expensive..$7:20 per adult swimming always used to be cheap. Apart from the price it does get very busy, pretty feral and no policing to the swim lanes. Kids mucking about and adults walking in the fast lane. I think some people thought the slow lane meant a different type of slow. For $7:20 I would expect better service.

I love that this is local to me and staff friendly. Is just a pity always seems to have some sort of renovation happening and to swim laps out if work hours is difficult to get a lane if you swim and don’t walk . But overall still a good experience . Would be great to see the coffee shop offer good tea and coffee and some healthy food . It astounds me when a ‘health’ venue only has fast foods and junk/ sweets

On the hot summer days this outdoor Olympic pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. On my last visit which was fairly early, around 830am I saw a lot of hair and particles in the pool, I didn’t dare wear goggles! I also saw a few water boatmen (type of insect) having a swim which means there wasn’t enough chlorine:salt in the pool. The Coty of Stirling pools appear to be much cleaner. The entry price has gone up and the lockers now cost $2.50 an hour to use so I think another round or two of cleaning during the day in summer school holidays would be a good investment.
