Decent ice cream shop. The ice cream here is good but nth special. Prices for a regular cup are 6.90 without toppings.

A staff member wearing an eye patch swore at a man who was outside the ColdRock store doing his job moving electric scooters. The coldrock employee complained and demanded the scooters not be parked outside the store on council property. These scooters are parked at council approved locations all over town and the scooter employee did not deserve to be spoken to by this person.To his credit he moved the scooters to where they will be enjoyed by families and members of the community.Disgusting behaviour and attitude.

Absolute disgusting service. The old lady that serviced us was so rude. Rolled her eyes at us including my young children and were slamming everything around to make us feel uncomfortable. Will never return. It’s not hard to smile and be nice and polite to people.

Yeah, it's alright. Great selection of flavours. I really enjoyed the peanut butter ice-cream, it was really good. The boysenberry flavour was nice. Will probably come again.

Went there tonight, googled it before we left home 30 minute drive and reckoned they closed at 9 pmArrived at 6:53pm and there was a a hand written sign saying that they are closing at 7pm next to the regular sign saying that they close at 9pm, the doors were locked and the were 3 customers in the shopThe doors opened and a male in the shop told me and my partner to “ read the bloody sign and piss off” then the doors shutNot happy at all, wish someone would run the business that actually kept it open at opening times

Cold rock ice cream, oh so yummy. Pick and mix just about anything and they smash it on the cold rock and perfectly mix it into any of the amazing selection of flavours. Wish there was one close by to where I live. Also 2 for 1 waffles Wednesday night yes please

Whilst the ice-cream was nice, the lady who served us was the rudest person I've come across. She rolled her eyes at us twice whilst serving us, complained about things changing and her being to old learn new things. Our children even said - 'wow that lady was so grumpy'! We were in Rockhampton for the day and thought we'd treat the kids to Cold Rock. Won't bother again.

The only cold rock ive been to that didnt have a sour milk smell. Very clean, good variety and friendly staff. Can be a bit costly for larger familes but perfect for a special treat now and then.
