such a poor service they have even the rest rooms are so dirty and never ever they have handwash in the toilets and after asking the lady here she speaks rudely that they run out of it and she don't even know how to speak with the customers such a poor customer service they have

Absolutely disgusting toilets. The worst I have ever seen. Certainly did not use and would advise travellers to keep going if only stopping for a pit stop.Management should be ashamed of themselves.Not even worth a star.

The staff here are always very friendly and they seem to upkeep the place well. Soap and water always looks fresh. It’s always nice filling up here. Fuel seems to be a bit more than other places in the mountains.

The fuel is usually a bit more expensive here compared to other petrol stations in the mountains so I only go here when I am very low on fuel or after a coffee. The coffee is great value. Most of the staff are quite friendly. Love that I gain Flybuys points here.

I don't even want to leave 1 star. The rest room was disgustingly filthy.The service was ridiculous. I was waiting at pump for way too long. When I mentioned the long wait to the assistant she was not apologetic or even aware she was in the wrong. Should have travelled further up the road to the BP

The worst petrol experience I've ever had. No adequate space for cars to exit past each other after filling. The Bowser's are too close to the shop leaving no room to turn or to get past other cars that are parked too far forward. Incredibly poor design . The Bowser's spill petrol on you as you are removing them from the car, service inside is slow and terrible. The place is dirty. I've left there angry and stinking of petrol.

My partner was on empty and the service station at hazelbrook would not let me pay for fuel over the phone called dave at lawson and he was happy to help thx dave really appreciated it so glad there are good people in the world
