We needed some wood for our new wardrobe. They cut it to size & didn't charge to do it.Managed to get some plants I had been looking for. Thank you to the woman in the nursery, you were brilliant.

Wow. First visit since the store moved from CBD. It sure looks bigger from in and outside building. Much more open plan layout making finding products easy. Big open entrance with wheelchair access. Ample parking at front of store - right near entrance. And for those in a super speed visit - a drive through, yes really a drive through service.I visited on a Thursday, the store had other customers but I was served promptly. The customer service was excellent.Overall very happy with my purchase and visit. The customer service was brilliant, friendly but knowledgeable. My check out wait was a minute if that.Happy to recommend Horsham mitre 10.

Eftpos not working. Didn't offer any alternatives. I made some suggestions but they told me to go to Bunnings and weren't very helpful

Excellent in all areas inside and out, very well mannered and helpful staff. Runs rings around other stores in the district. Staff carry heavy items to your vehicle without you having to ask for help. Keep up the excellent work guys.

I always find the staff friendly and helpful. The man in the garden department is especially helpful. He is knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your needs and knows his “stuff”. The rewards program is very effective. Thank you. Will always shop at Mitre 10 Horsham!

Poor range. Over priced. Incompetent and unhelpful staff. Don't use your credit card here as the proprietors steal the details and make unauthorised transactions. As bad as Bunnings is, I can't recommend it more compared to these robbers.

Great selection of tools and garden plants and hardware, I can spend a lot of time wandering around they're lots of interesting things, certainly worth a look.
