Disappointing. Emailed requesting floating frame for canvas artwork. Arrived and quote was suddenly 50% more expensive. Could have been avoided if they asked a simple pre-sales question, does the canvas need stretching. When they argued it was my fault for not saying it needed stretching they said only 50% of canvasses need stretching. All the more reason to ask the customer before quoting the cheaper unstretched option. Wasted journey into CBD.

Not impressed.Totally field to recognise similarity with the sample I brought in. I recognised that was also my fault and come back looking to change the frame, I was prepared to pay again to get what i wanted, but their service at this point was shocking. The guy was just standing there not giving me any options.. far from 'friendly service' and 'professional advice' that they claim.Decided to go elsewhere for a different frame.Will never use them again.

The guy rubs his fingers all over your precious artwork. Would not recommend.I have a receipt for purchase from their Keswick store. This review is not spam and this response from the business owners below “Spam.” is disgusting. Trust your artwork with people who care about your artwork and their customers.
