While the guys moved our gear and functionally 'did' the job they lacked professionalism, customer service and most importantly a level of care in moving our furniture and boxes. You pay for what you get and this confirmed the fact that it is worth paying more for professionals.

We had moved to our new place in Gold Coast with ease. Great communication with this removalist. Expectations were properly set and met. We were hesitant at first since their price rate is way cheaper than the others we had enquired to but Kevin and his team helped us smoothly move our furniture and other stuff delicately and with care just right on our agreed time despite the nasty weather that day.

Steer clear of this company, they are unprofessional and terrible communicators. I booked over 2 weeks prior to moving and on moving day they did not show up. I called countless times throughout the day for updates and the time arrival time kept getting push back hours. As I lived in an apartment building where you have to book the lift for a 2 hour period at a time, it made it extremely difficult. Throughout the day I was told multiple excuses including the truck had just breakdown" and hours later they told my partner it had actually broken down days prior

I do not recommend. We booked 1 month prior and confirmed several times in the lead up to the move what we required. On the day they sent the wrong sized truck and we had to book different removalists at the last minute! They said the truck we ordered broke down but I now see on reviews others were told this as well. Lucky we were able to book MLB removalists who got us moved with professionalism.

Booked them one week ago for a house move today, they simply didn't show up. Had the whole house packed and ready to go, took the day off work and they said their truck broke down on the previous job (lame excuse and blantant lie). No apologies or anything. Massive inconvience, have to organise another moving company tomorrow morning. 0 stars
