Pedders Suspension & Brakes Osborne Park

Taken many cars here and I'd say overall good service across all of them. Unsure how they didn't pick up the defective front lower control arm bushes that was the cause of my front end shake that I mentioned. After some research I've found it's a common fault with the BA-BF.

This is a good news story thanks to Zach at Pedders, Osborne Park.I've had quite a bit of work done by Pedders in Osborne Park, but my last repair only just went the distance. I had the front-wheel bearings and hubs replaced on my Landcruiser 80 Series, only to see one bearing collapse on one side and an oil leak on the other side. They both failed at 42,000km and 15 months, which is 2000 km past the warranty period for kilometres driven, but within the 2-year time frame.Zack came to the party with free fitting, if I was happy to pay for parts. Zack also included a free inspection and adjustment, if needed, after 5000 km, to make sure everything was travelling as it should.It's not often that a business will happily go beyond the warranty period, what really helped was that we were happy to meet half way to get me back on the road. You can't really expect much more than that. Thanks, Zach, I'll definitely be back, knowing that I'll be treated fairly.

Excellent service, problem with brakes diagnosed within 90 minutes and fixed the same day. Two previous garages had not been able to identify the problem. Don't go anywhere else, Zak is excellent.

I brought my car in thinking I needed new pads and rotors. They had a look and called me back saying that the brakes were still in good condition and did not require replacement or servicing. Really appreciated the honesty here as most businesses probably would have replaced my brakes unnecessarily and taken my money. This is really great service. Nothing was too difficult or too much, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I was treated with respect and was given an informed report on the issues my 4x4 had together with a quote for the work required. I have no hesitation recommending this business. You will get a fair deal.

If you want honesty and integrity, then Pedders is for you. After an annual service at my regular Kia dealer I was advised I needed to get my brake pads and rotors changed for the price of $756.00.Spoke to Zachary at Pedders, he kindly had a look FREE OF CHARGE, and he advised everything is fine and nothing needs changing!!!! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Wonderful service, very experienced and knowledgeable, great prices. As I was collecting my car, the person before me was also very pleased with the work on his car and the service. Zac is incredible and wherever possible they will try and save you money, and they can do this because of their expertise and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
