Store itself & staff inside are great.Just take my advice & under no circumstances use their website!! Your browser will tell you EXACTLY the same. All details you've ever entered in on the browser you're using are in plain sight just ripe for hackers to steal as the site is unsafe & compromised.Do something about it please.

I'm so glad I came here, the young guy at the counter was fantastic... If it wasn't for BCF across the road being absolutely useless, I wouldn't have bothered. Recommend this store! Great prices and selection!!

Honest and knowledgeable advice! They saved me $70 for a new Engel cable by troubleshooting what was wrong with my existing one. $2 fuse and we're good to go. Highly recommend the locals over the big chain stores.

Travelling through on our way up north, not greeted by customer service or asked if we needed any help. The young guy walked past us three times and didn't offer to help once! When I asked him he had no product knowledge and sent me back across town to another store, who told me that Getaway sold this product anyway.Two star as they did seem to have big range but badly let down by old mate.

The attitude of the young kid is pretty poor. Looks like a surfer walking around in his boardies and hat and has a pretty poor attitude towards his peers. Someone needs to talk to him about respect. Store used go be great but staffing seems to have fallen since the old days.
