we also have had a similar experience to one of the other reviews left on here. Staff member kept avoiding us and it was obvious he was not serving anyone else. When he did finally assist, he was rude and abrupt, we were forced to purchase our item from another store in Melbourne, even though the item we wanted was available here. We will never return back to this store.

Bought products online and picked up from store. Not what expected and not able to speak to anyone about a return. They say call the online store" but when you call the number listed for online store they say "you have to send us an email".then you get no reply from email.Also purchased dining table in the past that was bad workmanship and didn't screw together properly."

Very disappointed in the staff member who wasn't prepared to get two prints down from the wall for me to purchase. Poor customer service. No options given to me.

Ordered our table and chairs 6 weeks ago after viewing in store and were advised of a 4 week wait, which was fine. Haven't received any communication from Oz Design about the status of the order other than when we call up and ask ourselves. We've been told for the last 3 weeks the items are here" and will be in the store any day. When we ask where "here" is

Products we brought are good quality but i would not say great value, and disappointed with the services. It took 4 months to deliver and the experience was frustrating.

Great selection of furniture to suit all tastes and very well priced. I often go in just for decorating ideas. Huge selection of fabrics to choose from and staff very helpful

Gina was amazing at the feeling store I went in there with one thing in mind and she changed my mind but it was for the better I was thinking I was going to get my new sofa mid august but got it yesterday and don’t regret buying it
