Michael was extremely professional and showed genuine care. The treatment plan he prescribed me was easy to follow and I felt supported throughout my rehab. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Highly recommend Nikki and the team at Functional Performance. I love the one on one care from a friendly and professional therapist. The in clinic Pilates reformer is also a bonus . I highly recommend.

The team at Functional Performance and Rehab are so friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and I feel welcome and in safe hands treating past injuries. Nikki and her team are down to earth and communicate in a way that allows you to understand your injury and the steps to overcome it without feeling overwhelmed or spoken to in physio jargon. Highly recommend!

I recently tore my rotator cuff and was recommended to go and see Nikki. She has made me feel super comfortable and just after two sessions my shoulder is already starting to feel better. I was very impressed by how attentive and detailed she was in trying to understand my situation.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great physio!

I saw Nikki after seeing several Physios about my lower back being really stiff in the morning and only after just 2 sessions I saw a massive improvement. The big attraction for me was they weren't trying to get me back for 20 more sessions, only if I felt pain or if I wanted to.Thanks Nikki for making my mornings easier!!Highly Recommend!!!!

If you have been suffering with pain and need a professional help to get back on track? That’s the place!! Best physio that I have ever been!! After years with chronic back pain and visiting so many different clinics - I found Nikki and Mike!! Throughout our rehab program I improved so much physically and mentally. I regain my confidence and the pain is not a barrier on my day-to-day activities. Nikki and Mike are excellent professionals and they look after the whole family now! I just can’t recommend them enough!!

So far with only two visit of deep massage to release my knots on my shoulder and dry needling and I can see major improvement with my range of shoulder mobility. Michael is truly amazing in what he does. Highly recommended.

Best physio I’ve been too. After a simple consultation Nikki knew exactly what the problem was & treated it appropriately. I felt so much better immediately after my appointment! I’ve never left a physio appointment actually feeling like my concerns were met until today! Cannot rate these guys high enough!
