Absolutely excellent service and attention to detail. I rang Matt this morning at 7:30am and he was here by 10am, problem fixed by 10:30am. He went above and beyond and explained everything in a super easy to understand manner and didn't try to make a quick buck off us. Highly recommend!!

Just had Central Coast Hot Water for a quote on replacing a Instant Gas Unit. They went way beyond what was asked of them and tested the unit and discovered it was a faulty regulator on the gas meter. They rang Jemena on our behalf and the next day a regulator was installed. At no cost! Great team, great service, cannot thank them enough.

Matt recently attended my hot water system and realised that my tank was under warranty and was rusted. That was not his part of job but he followed up and the next day I have my new hot water system. Recommended that service to anyone. Good Job!
