Service: The staff are so helpful. Didn't hold anything back. gave us all the tips. Their website is full of tips too.Professionalism: We had a free colour consultation come to home to give advise on colours and products. Color samples on a4 pages were soon delivered for free for us to check.Value: We received a good deal for the bulk. It is not the cheapest pain in the markert and I haven't play with many other brands. But I really liked the color I have chosen.

Team really helped me out when I needed to do a bond clean touch up! The first team member worked through the information I was given from the real estate to get me the right paint, however the real estate got it wrong so I had to return to buy some a lighter white paint. The team member who served me was excellent in colour matching a small pot that I obtained which literally saved my life because I needed to repaint over the former incorrect paint. So very happy with the service to get it right!

Very disappointed with the Resene products used.The painter (Mario Pulvirenti of Pulvirenti Painting Pty Ltd) specified that our block wall fence be painted with the Resene Limelock sealer and Resene X200 Acrylic Membrane products. The paint formed blisters within 10 days of its application.

Last week on the 11th i was served by the most rude staff member I have met at Resene. I usually shop there and are always looked after well by the guy that works there but last week the woman was so rude to me wouldn’t give me a discount I usually get and couldn’t have a care in the world or any manners to go with her would NOT recommend!

Worst experience ever! Drove up from the Gold Coast on a Saturday as they are the nearest open shop from where I was standing inside Bunnings Pimpama. Got there and couldn’t go in as the sign said on the door that they could only do contactless pick up at the back for orders.All we wanted were two colour swatches to decide on a colour for our house repaint as our builder wanted us to use Resene. The two staff just stared at us doing NOTHING in the shop! No idea why they were there? As we got back in the car the girl wandered up to the glass door and took a photo of us and others in the parking area. My wife walked back to ring the number and talk to them behind the glass and explain how far we had driven to get a paint swatch. She was totally uninterested. AllOther shops open around them were open. What a joke! If you want service, go somewhere else. Just a reminder Resene, we are NOT in lock down. Just practice safe Covid protocols like most retail and you might learn how to trade in the pandemic!

I was coming to your shop to grab paints for my room AFTER i was done with indian shop but you had to be rude. You assumed brown skinned man would only go next door. Poor ethical behaviour.

Great help with paint types . Very knowledgeable staff and pretty much everything you need to do a paint job. The paint is really good quality too and goes a long way.
