Clear Skincare Clinic Ashfield

Extremely poor service! I arrived for an appointment and the staff asked me to get change, she left the room and never came back. I called her after 15-20 minutes, and she told me she would be there shortly but I ended up waiting for ONE HOUR and she had still not shown up, with no explanation from her. Very time wasting and staff is extremely disrespectful.

A real scam , I done laser hair treatment dozens of times all over Sydney , most of the growing hair usually start shedding after 4 to 5 days even pulling hair by twezer can tell because will come lose easly , but this time most of the hair start growing , I done full body laser , the brazzilian even didnot fall at all , as she said her name Natasha rushed the treatment which supposed to be in 80 minute and done it in 40 minute leaving more than 7 to 8 cm between laser spots , which nobody else done that before to me , and the most smart scam was I expect she enter in the System she finished After 80 Minutes because I recieve text massage after 90 minutes for automatic rebooking for next visit , to get full payment from the company , not sure though , this was the first and last time to do laser in Ashfield , I done it their because was the earliest available , but now I understand why. Please Natasha If you not like your work donot do it or at least try to scam only first time laser treatment clients . (;

Had the most relaxing experience, everything was very comfortable and they talked through every single procedure to make you aware of what they are doing. Had the best time and my skin also came out feeling rejuvenated! Highly recommended!!

I have been getting my treatments done here for almost a year now by Sheridan, she is super thorough and knows exactly what she is doing with her treatments, she also has amazing customer service and is very professional. I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend.

Bad customer services. I always have problem with my appoinment. One timr booked and confirm but when I went there they said I do not have booking. One time make appointment at 9.30am but the shop still not open same as one time booked me in 9.30am in public holiday, but they said they open at 10am and want to cancel my appointment at the spot. Sometime no say hello, just asked what is my name and said Sit!I knew the skinpen very painful but Sophie do not know how to do gentle. She poke my face and hit the bone with the tool that more painful and she said I have to be patient. I know what I should patient but she do not know how to do gentle. I wanted to get service with other staff but no choice on the day or time I want. If possible I want to refund money back too but I can not.

I don't normally write reviews but I can't help but commend Sheridan at clear skincare clinic Ashfield for how professional, caring and thorough she is in her work. I have been going to Sheridan for my laser hair removal course for 6 months now and she never fails to make me feel comfortable whilst still completing the job to a high standard. The clinic itself is also clean and welcoming. Couldn't recommend this service more!
