I went to see Michelle a few months ago for a HK session for a couple of issues I was having and now I no longer have these issues. During the session, Michelle was great at making me comfortable and explained what would happen in the beginning before we started as I was a bit nervous. We explored my issues and found the core reason for these problems occurring and now they no longer exist! I would definitely recommend going, it’s an incredible experience and definitely worth it! I receive terrific remedial massage from Michelle - she is such a skilled practitioner in her massage AND in her ability to create both a safe & calm emotional & physical space to be in with her. SO I stepped into the unknown - energy work with Michelle as my guide & facilitator. I didn't know what to expect, but trusted to the process with Michelle... & the outcome has been amazing for me. I feel liberated - a constant body ache is gone & welcome changes are still unfolding in other areas of my life.I do recommend Michelle as a wellness facilitator for massage and energy work.

I saw Michelle recently and had both, massage and some energy work done. Hands down it was the best massage. It left me de-knotted and relaxed. I am so looking forward to my next session.I decided to give the energy work a go. I wasn't sure what to expect but the relief I felt after and the weeks following the treatment was really mind blowing. Since then, I have been experiencing increased awareness and intuition. I can not recommend Michelle highly enough. On a personal level, she is so kind and empathetic. I felt some comfortable, heard and seen. Thank you Michelle
