I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS Jacob was hired to cut the top out of my big beautiful tree in my yard as it was intruding on the solar panels on my roof. Jacob suggested cutting the tree right back and poisoning it. I very clearly instructed Jacob the tree is to stay and only the top was to be removed.Jacob destroyed my tree! He hacked at it until there was almost nothing left! My house will be scorching this summer due to him ignoring my (the property owner) instructions!I phoned Jacob who admitted he ruined my tree and offered a refund, in which he said he would bring around the following Tuesday. I have not heard from Jacob since, nor has he replied to my message since.Disappointed is an understatement!
