Sales agent Phillip is extremely unprofessional. No correspondence until you call the office for answers and property at that stage is under contract.Never sell with this guy. Fake front Agency. One man running the whole firm.

Absolutely hopeless and bogus company. Very poor in communications and on their commitment. Better close the company so that purchasers are not frustrated by their awful experience.
