Happy with our fence and gates, but, I think they need to work on their communication and customer service. Had to chase up the quote then chase up an install date. Paid the deposit, but no confirmation that it was received.

We used P&K Visser to install an 18m pool fence (black pipe & Cyprus pillars), a 4m side fence with gate and 22m boundary colourbond fence. We could not fault any part of this job. It was a large job, with many different aspects to it as well as different materials. The team (office staff & trades) were amazing, from the quoting phase, through to the work and finally to the end of the job with fine tuning aspects – we could not fault their communication, their flexibility and their customer focus! They answered emails promptly, always answered their telephone and when they said something was going to be done by a date – it was. They worked well on site with other trades, showing their flexibility to just get the job done for the customer and not be territorial. In a time where trades are short staffed this company are exemplary in their professionalism. We would recommend P&K Visser for any type of fencing job.

Absolutely pathetic! Gave them the ok to have my fence install completed asap over 4 months ago and mentioned I needed installation asap due to having dogs. No contact, no updates, no communication whatsoever. Always excuses! I could have had a fence up last week but we’d lose the deposit. Multiple fencers have given us cheaper quotes and available for install within a week over the past month. Avoid Visser fencing at all cost!
