Very odd, some great toys, amazing staff but you can only use zip in store and Afterpay online, but not click and collect and items online get sent from over east even if the local store has them, how environmentally disastrous is that!Seems corporate is more interested in other things than in customer satisfaction and environmental impact.

Basically 1/3 of the original ToysRus store with just toys only with a small range of kids bikes. There is no section for babies and a very small section of early education toys. The range of Lego is also quite limited. Layout of the store is simple and they clearly segment the toys targeted at boys and girls separately. Prices are reasonable right now. It's just good to have a toy store back in Cannington again.

Note, this was not the Cannington store.We ordered an electric scooter online via Sydney, it was meant to be new but it was obviously second hand. There were scratches all over it, the deck was discoloured, the tyres were worn and it even had dirt stuck to the bottom of the deck! I guess the staff were using it for lunch runs or something. I will never shop there again. Unbelievable!!!

Great variety of toys but price is also high as comparative to other shops like kmart, target or Big W.Quality can vary but still these are toys so can be bought from kmart or Big W if you don't want to loose your pocket more.Some range of toys at Toysmate is exceptional, you will not find toy of that kind in any other shop so paying money for that toy is acceptable.I like Toysmate so go there every alternate month to check new variety and spend at least $50-$80. Not too bad.In between, Kmarts and Big W toys for $7 to $20.

I don't understand why they don't have AfterPay instore, everywhere else does.Very strange business decision, it certainly has cost them a lot of money from me recently.

I went to Toymate cannington to return one of the items without a receipt as my daughter threw them away. I paid cash the hence, had difficulty finding the receipt but the Mika in the counter was really helpful to find my actual receipt and to provide me a refund.I was really impressed. Thank you for the best customer service.

This is a great place to shop for toys!!! They have a large selection of toys for all ages and some of them are a great bargain!! They even have few hard to find toys as well. Definitely my one stop shop for toys in the future.
