Sales staff are fantastic here.Harry thankyou for all your help and product knowledge.The staff respected us as customers and allowed myself and my wife to browse at our own pace without making is feel any pressure at all. They also helped us when we requested their assistance to move furniture and floor coverings to get a accurate look at things when put together. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping there and recommend people visit this store.The prices in store are great with many products at reduced prices.We will be definately coming back to shop further.Thankyou

Lovely store to walk around, the customer service was fantastic and they were so helpful and friendly in helping me. Will definitely be going back there again. Highly recommend.

Furniture is nice, spent just under 4K paid 20% deposit in store only to be called hours later and advised that the invoice is wrong and will be charged additional funds even though invoice states correct items. But apparently table tops and legs are charged separately….

Went to purchase a rug. Jasmine is very slow and almost incompetent I’m not sure why she had to walk away from the desk to make multiple calls for a rug that she could have googled the price of. Really disappointed. Drove from the north to pick up a rug and ended up waiting 30 minutes for a simple transaction

I had the best experience at James lane, I came in unsure what I was after but the lady in the store Caitlin was so helpful. She was very polite and knowledgeable about products at James lane. Couldn’t be happier with James lane will defiantly be coming back!!

Walked in there without any plan to buy anything from here then ended up buying few items and went back again and bought more. Definitely a great variety and very reasonable price! Staff members are friendly too.

Love love love the furniture in this store especially the comfy sofas. Reasonable prices too. Staff are always very attentive too.
