Worst service - never showed up and were incredibly rude. No refund.Driver never showed up at the airport. We called twice and were told that the staff did not know where he was or if he was ever going to turn up. We arranged alternative transport. When I got back I asked for a refund, and after three weeks of emailing, the manager Paul, called me to tell me that's your problem love". He was incredibly rude.Shoalhaven Limousines provide a much better

Very unprofessional and poor time management.Got a shuttle from Sydney airport to Nowra. Driver stopped halfway for about 1.5hrs while we waited for a new driver to arrive for what ever reason.Its fair enough if there are detours for other passengers but sitting around for almost 1.5hrs when there was only about 50mins left on the journey was a bit of a joke.I cancelled the return trip because I couldn't afford the risk of being late to the airport. Thankfully this process was easy enough. Staff seem nice enough but organisational skills and customer priority definitely could be improved.

We used Shoalhaven shuttle service to the cruise terminal on 28th Nov and a pick up from White Bay cruise terminal 0n 5th December. The service was great toilet stops on way up as well as bottled water and snack. Same on the way home our driver David even took our luggage to the front door. I would highly recommend their service.I will use them again next cruise I go on

Shoalhaven shuttle to the rescue. Our ship arrived in Port late due to bad weather. We had booked and paid for a pick up by Jervis Bay Airport express who we had used many times in the past, but they called end said they would not wait or help get us home. STRANDED and not sure what to do, I rang Shoalhaven Shuttle and gave Paul my story. He was like yeah I can help. Picked us up within half an hour of disembarking the ship and also charged a cheaper price than JBAE. We would have paid anything after the stress. Thanks Paul and the team. I know who we will use in the future

The worst service ever. Owner arrived to pick us up 7 hours late from the airport, no apology, kept telling us on the phone every hour that he would be there soon. Brought an 11 seater bus for 10 people and all their luggage from a 2 week trip. We were dangerously overloaded with suitcases on people's laps and stacked to the roof in the aisle. Didn't even speak to us but had another driver arrive to take us home, which we waited a further 30 minutes for. Absolute joke of a service. Stay away.

I got a shuttle from Huskisson to Sydney airport and got picked up at 5am, Dave was there before 5 and was brilliant. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will be definitely using it again.

Don't bother wasting your time reaching out to Shoalhaven shuttle. We found the 'boss/manager/quoter/driver' Paul to be unprofessional, disinterested in getting back to us and with absolutely no sense of time or urgency. If you want reliability this is not it.

Shoalhaven Shuttle accommodated us with only 2 days notice. Paul went further out of his way to take us to the correct terminal when we were informed of a change upon arrival at the last minute. Highly recommend this service... :)

Read below for detail. But too summarise poor communication, and service. 5hrs late!!!! Would be back quicker on the trainFlight was delayed by 45 minutesArrived at 0715Shuttle service not present no communications. No courtesy text.Called and my partner was told 1.5hr delayWhich means a total of 2.5hrs behindCost for early pick up??? They said call me next week and we will sort that out. After having to call ten times to just get a hold.of them once...Now 1030... sorrry mate two guys have covid im doing the best i can.Communication has been on3 sided new dalay time of 30 minutes...Now 11 am still not there
