Bova have been so wonderful with information and the dispensing of my cats medication, they have fair prices and are super easy to deal with, their freight is always quick so don't let their location put you off as I'm in WA and get next day service.Ella was particularly caring and helpful on my last phone call. I would recommend asking your vet about Bova medicines, it has made our life (and our beloved cats life) so much easier!

What a terrible company to deal with! It’s bad enough that you have a sick pet that needs medication, but to deal with utter rudeness over the phone continuously along with no communication when they’ve lost your script due to a cyber attack? Absolutely disgusting customer service.I had such attitude off the girl that I spoke to about the script they had lost. I will never deal with them again!

Waited a month for medication finally rang up to find out that all information was lost, due to a cyber attack that they didn’t let anyone know about. I do understand that information was lost but as prescriptions are emailed or mailed isn’t their back up? Now to wait again.No discount given despite the cat having no medication for over a month, yes cyber attack might be out of their control but security is important to ensure attacks don’t happen especially when you have credit card details on file. Also saying short staffed too. Very unimpressed, will ne looking at other compounding places instead.

I picked up tablets for our dog who has an auto immune disease, the script was sent directly to Bova from the vet. Over $400 worth of tablets for a month, I researched it second time round, went to another compounding chemist and got the same ones for $76. I asked Bova about the huge price difference the response I got was not at liberty to discuss this with you. After already spending big money saving our dogs life I find it disgusting how these guys want to price gouge and rip people off.

Amazing people and amazing customer service. Our cat was diagnosed with a deadly disease and BOVA showed nothing but care, empathy & understanding. They maintained constant communication with us and were fast at getting medication delivered, even over the busy Christmas period. We are so grateful for Nick and the team at BOVA for going the extra mile for our fur baby.

Always have multiple problems ordering medications (particularity custom scripts), which results in my always chasing them with many phone calls and delays. I hope they continue to work on their customer service in regards to promosied time frames. Staff are always friendly

Medication for my pet is never consistent and have had multiple issues over the past year for which there has been no recompense from Bova. It is highly dangerous to issue inconsistent medication and I will be finding another compounding chemist I can trust to keep my pet healthy.

Called within 30secs of their message to say they have our cats prescription and to call for payment, no answer and message left. The message said to call to arrange payment and they wont start compounding the medicine until payment is made. Have now left three messages over the last 5 days yet no response!!!

Man these guys are good - doggo and I found ourselves in the unfortunate position of trying to get crucial medication made up quickly before leaving the country. Although I am sure rush jobs are annoying as heck (especially on a Monday), April was so understanding and such a dream in supporting us to get it as quickly as possible. These guys have the rep for quality, but I was rapt with April's customer service too. Thanks guys :-)

I am absolutely astounded by the service provided by Bova in dispensing my dog's medication (liquid trilostane for Cushing's disease). The order was placed by my vet & Bova called me yesterday to take a payment at midday. By 9.30am this morning the medication had been delivered interstate from NSW to QLD! They even included a lolly in the box :)
