Very bad experience. The product was one brought from a store - easily accessible to anyone. I could have done this myself at home... I thought I was getting a professional service. The outcome was horrible. Helen tried to up sell more another store brought product to me at an inflated price. The price is definitely not worth what I went through. I would not recommend this business.
