All the staff at Blooms Miranda are amazing. But Anthony is, not only the best pharmacist in the business, but also the best human in the world. He has helped me so much with his advice on how best to take my medications to manage both lupus and migraines. He never makes me feel like my questions are silly, even though I’ve asked them all a million times before. He will always take the time to explain each script, what it’s for, when I should take it and how long it will take to work. I had to go to a chemist in a different suburb last week and was horrified when they just chucked the script at me without any of the reassuring advice Anthony spoils me with!When I was feeling unwell earlier this year, Anthony mentioned the antibiotics I was on should be working by now and suggested I go back and tell my doctor. When I woke up the next morning in excruciating pain, I went straight to the hospital. When I told the emergency room doctor that I wouldn’t have even come up except for my pharmacist told me something wasn’t quite right, he said, “You need to thank that pharmacist because he has just saved you from being very, very ill.” Thank you, Anthony! Benny and I are forever grateful for your compassion, empathy and endless kindness. Blooms and Anthony, you are stuck with us for life now!

Great service and experience! I'd also like to mention the exceptional service by Eric. He was so helpful when I was let down by another pharmacist (went to this other pharmacy because it is close to my Dr but will now always head to Miranda to see Eric -plus it's easy to then pick up a few essentials from the other shops in the centre too). Eric made sure I got the medication that didn't contain lactose and clearly went through the instructions on this medication. He even called my Dr to confirm things too.

All ways fast and helpful....and the flu shot didn’t hurt at all:)And special thanks to the pharmacist Eric for helping out with things above and beyond expectations!

What a horrible place! Was in there, and asked if they price match since I found the exact same product for a cheaper price, the lady told me they did so she went and lied to me about saying that the other chemist was out of stock! So she could not price match the product. Little did she know that the chemist still had stock. I didn't feel like arguing so I just went and bought it from the other chemist. Prices are shocking in here, and service was poor.

This is a pharmacy with difference . Friendly staff, staff with ample knowledge . Highly recommend. Keepup the good work team.Special Thank for Anthony the pharmacist who attested my documents.

I have been using Blooms in Miranda Westfield for several years and all the staff are always polite and helpful but I'd like to pay special mention to Eric who goes the extra mile in sourcing medications that may not be available on the day you need them. Thanks Eric.

Recently I have had more need than usual to both shop and also seek advice here. These people are EXCEPTIONAL!! I have never known a pharmacy where the staff are so vigilant and professional about scripts, advice, patient wellbeing and safety etc. They all really CARE, both the pharmacists and the staff who assist. All are sensitive to one’s needs, take care to listen and question. I cannot recommend Blooms The Chemist highly enough.Although not really part of my reasons for writing this review, I might as well mention also their rewards system, which is excellent.

Sending a very big thank you to Anthony and team for having my order ready. I walked in everything was in a tray and all I had to do is pay. Threw this locked down I felt safe as I wasn’t there for long. Thank you for staying open to serve the community.

I am very impressed by this chemist shop in Miranda. The product availability is great ! The staff there are so efficient and always pleasant.
