Great gymEasy to get a park attached to shopping center. Communal sauna so I can chat with the wife whilst in there. Access to tv on the treadmill so I can walk and watch footy. :)

It is close and convenient for me.Lots of parking available.The staff at the front were polite and friendly.The instructor, Gina, she was excellent.Very motivational throughout the class.I definitely reckon you should come here for a workout.I went on a casual visit. But it's a good gym to try.You won't be disappointed.

The worst gym you could possibly join. Disgustingly filthy wet rooms with razors on the floors and broken soap pumps and mould everywhere!No cleaning ever observed day. Broken equipment and unhelpful staff who talk amongst themselves and make you feel awkward walking in and out. Basically bad customers service all round. The money isn't worth spending here go elsewhere!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Check your bank account as they like to overcharge you with no reason. I think it is in their policy to ... customers and not limited to this branch. Be careful dealing with them

Goodlife gym is only about 15 minutes drive from where I live so it’s very convenient for me. The equipment there is well used but most still ok. It would be nice to see the cycles in the spin class replaced as they are all a little worn out. Good mix of personal trainers and classes depending on what you are trying to achieve.

Lots of equipment available but variety can be limited if gym busy. PT program available. Class schedule available. Sauna is my favourite part of going to the gym, never too full to use. Steam room and showers onsite too. I'm happy here and recommend a membership.

The wheels are seriously falling off this place. Equipment is getting old, changerooms are in need of maintenance and apparently now staffed from 8am on a weekday instead of 0530? Not sure why that would be when offering a sauna/steam room service that requires staff onsite.

The Dernacourt gymn is a place where I enjoy recharging myself physically and mentally. Staff are very professional, friendly and very welcoming. The receptionist lady always extends a wonderful smile and a wonderful greeting when seeing us. The environment is wonderful, the equipment are spotless. Also, it is only a 5-10 min drive from my home and very convenient.
