Scarborough Beach
This is a nice quiet beach located near Wollongong in the Southern Part of NSW. Nice for families, kids and going for a walk. Would recommend visiting for a day trip

An actual beach with waves. Great small patrolled beach has some pretty good waves that you can body surf. Has a single shower up top to wash away the sand but there might be a queue. Parking is really close as well

Beach access isn't great, may need to park on adjacent road and walk down (and backup) steep incline.Beach is steep with close gutter and some rock.

Scarborough Beach
This is a beautiful beach with least crowd during busy weekends, compare to the Stanwell beach. It is also a shallow beach, so kids can really enjoy safely. Caution: At many places, small rocks comes along the waves and may hit you hard. Stick to the centre of the beach, where usual patrolling happens...we would love to come back.

Nice beach, ideal for camping. But be careful on the beach itself, sometimes lots of algae and small splinters
