Andrew and Karen are incredible people, let's start there. For about 20 years now I only goto Gold Coast Motorcycle Tyres & Mechanical for precise fitment and the absolute best and honest advice for all my motorcycle needs. Andrew and Karen took over from Big Shane who had always been a top bloke to me for years, so naturally I was worried when he moved on as now who is going to look after my motorcycle needs and tyres... Well all I can say is from the very first seconds of meeting Andrew and Karen I was immediately put at ease, these guys have always been like family to me, I don't go to a motorcycle tyre & mechanical shop, No no no I go to what feels like a second home to me. If I moved to the other side of Oz I would still go to Andrew and Karen because simply put they are the No.1 motorcycle tyre & mechanical shop in all of Australia. The staff here are as knowledgeable as they come and always have time for you to listen to your needs. Really 100+ stars is what this family owned business deserves. I truly love this shop and well I love the people there even more. Thank you ALL so very much for being true riders and experts.

Great service and affordable price.Walked in to ask if I can drop my motorbike and I dropped it on the day, next day my motorbike was fixed and back. Thank you very much!

Only had a few safety certificates and service so far but each time Andrew has been great to deal with and prices very reasonable. I've also had plenty of questions being newish to bikes and Andrew has been more than accommodating with excellent advice. No hesitation in recommending.

The team are awesome! I was unable to make my booked time for tyres and they slotted me in at a later date, short notice without complaint. Service is impeccable, and pricing is better than I could get anywhere else.The mechanic even waited till I returned to discuss a failure of a component of my crash protection I was unaware of, and took the time to discuss tyre pressures for certain riding/racing environments and tracks as I changed tyre manufacturer this time. This is my 5th set from this shop in 4 years and I can not recommend them highly enough. Matt.

These guys are amazing. My bike had an electrical problem, and when I arrived at this garage, the bike stalled and had no power. They told me that they had no vacancies at the moment and suggested another garage, however the bike did not work anymore. So I asked if I could leave it there and wait until they had a vacancy. Hours later, they called me saying that some customers had canceled their reservation, and they had a chance to fix my bike. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Came to get my tyres changed, was expecting a long wait, nope, was done quickly and professionally, the guys know their stuff and i would highly recommend them.

I needed a new headlight bulb for my Kymco, they helped me out so quickly and with kind manners! Absolutely recommended!!
