Food was extremely fresh and the customer service is unbelievably good all people I have seen working there have been so helpful and extremely welcoming definitely my favourite subway in the area and I will be a regular visitor

Ordered a BLT but told in couldn't add a bit of onion as the sub in ordered was on the savers menu.Most subways are happy to add whatever extra salad you want... And no questions asked...but every now and then you come across stingy operators like this that bend the rules.There is no consistency... I refuse to return and give business to these rebels which give subway a poor rep.

We arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday, with a large festival (the living smart festival) on up the road. It was packed people were basically lined out the door! But, we wanted Subway and had no where else to be, so we decided to wait. The staff we rushed off their feet, but seemed pleasant enough. The food was fresh and well made, not fast but good! I will be back again!

Food is fresh. The new young team is great, but sorry new lady manager turned me off as she was sitting on her chair behind the cash register with smokes next to the register, barking orders at the staff (that could've been addressed better in a team meeting) and belittling them in front of customers.

Five. Stars for the lovely young women at this subway at Warner's Ba. They are worth double their money. Tuesday after Easter huge crowd with just the 2 of them working non stop still smiling & so polite. Well done girls. Your manager is so fortunate to find employees like you.

Went to Subway Warners Bay for a quick lunch while we were out and about. We entered the store, that was mostly clean and tidy. The Manager/Owner greeted myself and my partner nicely before telling us when we were ready to let them know.We had selected our menu items and were waiting for them to be prepared when the manager started talking to another team member very loudly about a topic that should have waited until no customers were in the store (this was work related but there was no one behind us in the line and customers should have taken some level of priority). They did this a second time repeating the same thing they had told them originally.On to the food. I ordered a Buffalo chicken and salad wrap, unfortunately the wrap was clearly old and broke up as I was trying to eat it. As for the buffalo sauce, it was extremely hot, it was very similar to a hot chilli sauce. My partner ordered a B.L.T footlong, it was ok, however there was only 2 slices of bacon on the footlong sandwich instead of the regular 4 slices. Overall, not worth the money we paid.

Ordered a ‘grilled’ wrap. Talk about false advertising! The wrap was made with all salads then put into their oven wrapped in paper. The wrap was a soggy, inedible mess. Not good enough, will never be back!

It's one of the worst subways to get menulog from. This is my third and last time I'll be getting from here.I don't know how you can mess up a pizza sub that bad each time.The first time was on the wrong bread and not toasted.The second time was missing cheese and no sauce.The last time, they gave me a loaf of bread with barley any ingredients and have the audacity to call it a sandwich.Order from a different subway cause I sure have learnt my lesson.
