Hey - Shell, Caltex & BP - this is the servo that is killing your sites in Goulburn. Cheapest fuel in town by a big margin. When I travel down the Hume Highway I stop here for fuel.

Has gone downhill since recent change in management.The hot food shelves are not replenished so that one can't get a sausage roll between 7 and 9 am.The staff lack the foresight to plan and glibly say that it's not there fault that there was a rush on food.This never happened in the past five years under the old management.Petrol and diesel prices are on par with most of the other fuel stations now.

Very very nice place. All items are well maintained and available. I found the working staff very very polite and helping. A must to go place. Well done keep it up.

The female attendant was very happy and patient. But for late in the afternoon very bubbly

Some of the worst customer service in town

Constantly have trouble here redeeming my fuel locked price. The staff seem to find every way to avoid giving me the discount. Very dodgy

We expected to find this a clean and professionally run business, but we were very disappointed. We were appalled to find a small child in the shop (her parents were working behind the counter) and she was left to run around the shop and hide in corners with a very poor level of supervision. I can't understand why parents would make a child of that age (maybe 3-4 years old) spend all day with them at a business while they work! Extremely unprofessional- These people should get a babysitter so their poor child can have a structured routine and age appropriate activities, and not take it to work where it is forced to hide in corners in the shop.

Pretty disappointing - staff told our child who was busting that there were no public bathrooms (true) but as they were explaining this, a father and his small child came out of the staff only door, having been allowed to use the bathroom there. One busting child was allowed, a second wasn’t. Make one rule for all instead of confusing one child who then thought he had done something wrong to not be allowed to use a toilet. We took our business up the road to shell and spent a full tank of fuel, drinks, chips etc for our long car trip. Would not have been as annoyed if staff hadn’t lied and tried to cover up that they’d allowed the family before us. Kids don’t understand carry on like that. Don’t lie to your customers.

Better prices and service at this place than at the stations near the merino

The attendant was extremely rude to both my grand children age 3 and 6 who asked to use the toilet which they have done so there in the past the attendant refusefed soo rudely to them. I had to throw my payment at him to get out of the store so I could both youngsters to the toilet before they had accidents.
