Put a very hard crease in my slacks in completely the wrong place. Everything else was washed and ironed well, but i will need to get these pants redone somewhere else.

Mixed experience. Good with daily clothes but not so great with delicates.Reply: the coat was delicate hand made item. Its colours less vibrant and less bright, whites are not white anymore.

Have a mix feeling for this shop. Price is reasonable but service, even just a short conversation, is inconsistent.The lady who served us during our first visit was abrupt, reminding me of the ridiculously rude pork roll shop owners one block away across the road.The second visit the guy greeted us with a warm smile, guess he felt happy as it was packed in the shop.

Kingsford Dry Cleaning
Brought in a pea coat that ended up more wrinkled than when I brought it to the dry cleaner. Terrible customer service; wouldn’t provide a solution. Perhaps they’re fine for small easy items, but nothing out of the ordinary, like a coat.
