We held our daughter's 21st here. The staff were excellent, through the planning and on the day/ evening. The food was great, and we all just had the most fun time. Would highly recommend!

I went to tight arses Tuesday last week and I am shocked at the service I received. One of the bartenders I don’t know the name but he had a beanie on and longer hair. He was incredibly rude , condescending and arrogant. He yelled at multiple of my friends for something that was his mistake.He poured my friend one drink and charged her for two when she was carrying one she already paid for. He got upset that she “argued “ back saying he was the one that make the one drink so she should only be charged for one. He was incredibly condescending blaming her for something that was his mistake. I spoke to multiple other people who had problems with him that night.This bartender was appalling. I’m not sure how he was even hired. It is shocking that you would allow someone like that to talk that way to customers unprovoked.

Not booking a table for trivia can be rough,But a lovely lady did more than enough,The amazing wait staff Belinda,Found us a table before it begined-a,And all I could do was thank her for her stuff!5 stars for Belinda. Trivia guy could take it down a peg

Nice place with good ambience. I really like my burger though my partner thinks the Parma is a bit thick/dry. Other than that portion is generous. Service is top notch. Definitely a place to go to with your friends for a good time.PS. Unfortunately not many gluten free options on the menu

We came here for dinner with our family on a Saturday night. Booking was done on-line so it was pretty easy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. The music can be a bit loud if you are sitting in front of the guitarist. If you want to talk, probably better to sit in another part of the restaurant.Plenty of choices for beers on tap. Food choices are limited but the serving size is not bad (see pictures). The taste is so so although I did like the risotto.

Too expensive beer on tapThey trying to offer me a loyalty program but I wouldn’t even consider being loyal to a greedy pub like this. You’re being the opposite of loyal to your customers with that beer price.We aren’t coming here to pay for your house, holidays to Europe and extavagant lifestyle, people go here to get a reasonably priced beer.

Had dinner here on the 23rd of May.We noticed we’d been waiting a fair amount of time for our meals however we just continued to wait.One of the staff noticed our meal orders didn’t print out, she came over explained what had happened, she then prioritised our meals and without us even asking she refunded our food order to make up for the wait.Honestly her customer service was so refreshing, the fact we didn’t need to ask or complain - THANK YOU!The food was also great + happy hour!Will come back!

Been coming here for years to do trivia. So much fun and a great way to chill with my friends. Currently have a new host Ben. He's chill.The staff are amazing. Bring the best vibes to the place. Honestly it a big plus as to why we come back.

Had a great time at your Mothers Day dinner promotion. The gift bag was lovely (especially the candle which was devine). Staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Visited the Hawthorn Hotel last night for dinner with friends and had a good time. The interior is quite nice and it has come a long way over the years. There is a nice outdoor beer garden and a pool table indoors.We had the sharing plates which were quite tasty and well sized. The place did get quite busy and I don’t think there were quite enough staff to cater for that. They forgot a drink of ours but made up for it by coming and asking how the food was and if we needed anything etc.Expect to pay $30 for a meal and additional for drinks - I’d say you are looking at $50 per person.
