Pets R.I.P Pet Cremation Ipswich

Would never use this business again…. They picked up my deceased dog on a Monday morning. Got a phone call at lunch time to get my details and said you will receive a email with in the hour. 4 hours later I called them thinking they must have got the email address wrong. No, I was told they were busy and short staffed due to covid, Got the email 10 minutes later, filled in what I needed to and sent it back to them within 20 minutes. The following Monday, 7 days later, I had heard nothing so called them and was told, we are short staffed due to Covid. That day get another email to say due to staff shortages it will take another 10 to 14 days….. I pushed back and we got him home on the Thursday, 11 days in total. We have used similar services and it was all done quickly, professionally and with respect in the same week. I won’t be giving them the opportunity again.

I would rate 0 if I could with the horrible customer service I received while trying to organise a replacement urn for my deceased pet. The guy which I presume is the owner who was absolutely rude, didn’t want to listen, snapped back angrily with “give them a refund and I’ll be taking this” as he continues to walk away with my keepsake urn which had remains of my pet in it.With working in such a sensitive business, having to be caring and have some sympathy as you’re dealing with peoples loved pets at such an emotional time, There was none of that on that day I was there.The only reason this place would get this 1 star rating would be because the front desk clerk. She was lovely and sympathetic towards the situation.Wouldn’t recommend due to that experience.

We have had 2 pets looked after by this company in the last 12 months, our bird in last march and our dog in June. Both times, has been a great and friendly, caring service. Our pets were returned to us in such a lovely way. We would recommend this company, if we could give 10 stars We would. You guys rock.

Right from our initial phone call right through to the delivery of our fur baby, pets rip have been compassionate, kind, gentle and very empathetic. It was a completely smooth process including organising payment for our pooches cremation etc. Loosing a family fur member is never easy and the workers who I dealt with were very supportive the whole way through.Thankyou for bringing our fur baby home to us ❤️

They collected my baby from the vet and handled everything with minimal disturbance. They were so graceful tactful and just more than I could have expected, with personal delivery of my boy when I was home and all the details included I could not recommend them more. (Only down side it took over 2 weeks to get him back- but this was due to high demand and thier personal touch which I wouldn't want them to sway on. )

We are happy with Pets RIP team, although it takes a while like 3 weeks to have my ceased sweet heart home. The whole handling was professional, compassionate and soothing. We couldn’t have asked for more, so thanks!

Terribly slow. Poor and improper communication.

Would give a zero if I could. Called all four of their numbers and recieved no response. My dog had passed away the night before so I needed a prompt response. The flyer said that the Toowoomba office was supposed to be open Saturday from 9-12am. but when we called them it put us through to the after hours line which just rang out. Kept getting an answering machine asking to leave a message and they would get back to you on the next business day. Which for us would have been three days later due to it being a long weekend!!! Left them several messages anyway and heard nothing back. This is all extra stress that we don’t need at an already distressing time! Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
