Blade runner @ Charles are highly professional, kind and amazing. Glenn is always a charm and I always walk out feeling fabulous.

I used Bladerunner for my bridal hair as well as for my bridesmaids (also, the grooms woman). They travelled half an hour out of Launceston and came to us. The ladies were on time, worked quickly and professionally and delivered an exceptional service. They coordinated well with my makeup artists. I have short hair whilst the others have long hair. We were all very happy with the styling and would highly recommend Bladerunner @ the Charles!

As a transwoman it can be hard to find services that treat everyone with respect. Each time you try a new business it can be very daunting experience. It was a real pleasure to rest, relax, and enjoy a wonderful service that was provided.The staff that I met were exceptional and professional. Even so much as to set an appointment via Facebook on a day that they were closed. When I arrived I was greeted and given a glass.of water with ice. I was offered a seat as I was early. Each person that I met was kind and caring. I have them a big challenge one that they rose to meet and exceed. I left with a very relaxed scalp and loving my new style.Thank you so much I will gladly recommend this business.

Have been going to blade runners for a long time. Like a great friendship, loyalty, laughs and honesty. Glenn is so infectious and just makes you feel so welcome. Working with Cill at moment and fantastic. The apprentices are so keen to do everything right for you and the head massage - in heaven.
