Hubbard Hire

I hired a floor sander and edger for a sunday hire, was told I would have more than enough sanding belts and discs to complete the job at hand and to bring the remaining belts back. I was not giving enough discs to finish my first pass of the floor with the rite grit, and the same with the edger, I could not even successfully edge sand 1 wall. I could not complete the job and being a Sunday I could not get more belts. I returned the machine on Monday and and told the staff member my issue and that I was not happy, and he said he would have the boss call me to work something out, That call never came.I called again the following week as I needed to finish the job, and asked for a complementary hire, just paying for the belts and discs and was refused, they wanted me to pay for another day hire to finish the job I was told I would have enough belts and discs for, to complete the job the first time. I am very disappointed in hubbard hire and I would have used there services continually, but after the way this issue was dealt with I will not be hiring from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
