Australia Microblading and Spa in Macarthur Square

I have tried countless nail and beauty salons in the area over the years. This charming well presented store in Macarthur Square is my go-to. I have recommended the salon to my bestie who loves it here, and recently got her wedding nails done here. Boss is very particular about ensuring customers have a good experience and leave her salon happy and I always have a laugh with the staff. It's my favourite day when I come to the salon. Services I have had are nails (I have had gel, SNS and most recently, I now get the 'gel' manicure, all on my natural nails). Each different and I have been extremely happy with every single service. I also get my eyelashes tinted and lifted by the boss, who cares for my lashes wonderfully, as somebody who has extremely sensitive eyes and skin, she takes care of me. The staff are personable, absolutely sweet and funny and I would recommend here more than anywhere I've tried in the LGA. If I ever move from the area, I would come back here to get my nails done, just because I enjoy the customer service and the result so much. I'd drive an hour happily here. With natural nails, I visit approx every 3-4 weeks for manicure, 4-6 weeks for pedicure. Sometimes sooner if I decide I want a new colour and a fun break from work! Thank you ladies for making my visits happy and fun and of course the best nail work in town!

I have never placed a review before and I usually just let things slide but this happened twice already so better to tell everyone NOT TO GO to this place. Customer service sucks in this salon!! Two things i wanna talk about:1. There are two beds in the room where they do waxing and eyelash extensions. The room is very tight and there’s not much space to walk to. The First bed (close to the door) is occupied so obviously I’m going to the second one by the wall - i just wanna get through and the staff doing the lashes of the other lady did not move after saying “excuse me”. What if i accidentally hit her and poke the eye of the lady??2. The staff doing my eyebrows, man how hard can they do it?? They almost dig through my skin with their tweezers plus her sharp nails! Now the skin around my eyebrows are swollen and extremely red (I’ve been getting my eyebrows done A LOT OF TIMES and this never happened before)So please do yourself a favour, do not go to this place!

Went to this place to get my nails done had to wait 40mins and then when the lady done my nails she did a terrible job , she cut my nails too short cut some of my skin.She chipped my nails and left them with all bubbles in them.I have tried to message them to resolve this issue but they have not replied back to me and refuse to do so.Horrible service.

I have been a regular here for quite a few years now. I started coming here on recommendation after asking for somewhere with good hygiene standards. The utensils are always clean and sterile. I have noticed a significant decline in customer service the last few times I have been. The staff often look like they don't want to be there. The quality of work hasn't quite been the same either. They are not terrible, but certainly not great like they used to be. I will be finding somewhere else to go and only returning out of convenience. Still hygienic and do an OK job.

Had my eyebrows done here, first time visiting this place. Next day had severe swelling and pimples around both eyebrows. At this point it’s looking like an infection, very painful. Will not be going here again. I have been waxing my eyebrows for a long time and I have never experienced this before.

Fast and efficient. I always leave happy with my nails. If you've never tried them before I would recommend trying them out before judging by the reviews.

Would not recommend anyone to come here for piercings. I stopped by a few months back just to get the seconds of my lobes pierced as the other piercing joints within the square were closed at the time and it just overall wasn't a pleasant experience.After signing the typical forms before every general piercing procedure they quickly ushered me into a room and used a piercing gun to pierce my lobes without any warning or anything. Like seriously, they just shot one ear then moved onto the other like nothing. I have a few other piercings and piercers typically give you a run-down beforehand and make sure you're ready... it really helps especially since I have really bad anxiety.The piercings came out extremely crooked (which isn't surprising considering they used a gun) and my left lobe never healed properly after months due to its awkward placement (pierced diagonally through my lobe) so I had to take it out.it just wasn't a nice experience... The whole process felt rushed as if I were a hindrance- despite the store being empty when I came in. Can't speak on experience for their other services but don't come here for piercings.

This is the second time i am not happy with this salon. I wanted gel on my natural nails but could see they were really weak. The lady many of times cut me and hurt my nails. I had to come back and let them know that my nails weren’t strong enough and they were bending. I had asked for a free full set with tips or a full refund, I had got denied both. Very unhappy and will not be returning!!!! Very overpriced salon and terrible work.

Got lash extensions done here. Paid $130 for an eye infection and some cheap, plasticy looking extensions that all fell out after 3 days. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I would definitely like to speak to the owner. I came in earlier today asking specially for classic/natural looking lash extensions. i must have said the words “classic and natural” at least 7 times to all the employees there. 2 hours later she’s finished and i look in the mirror- not only is it triple the volume i asked for- but my eyes barely can stay open. I was obviously so bummed- not only because it was 100$ for this disaster but i also wasted 2 hours. i asked if they could remove it and i would pay for it and they refused. they said “give it a couple days” - a couple days…with this?! no WAY. Not in the least bit we’re they sorry or understanding. I never write reviews but this was the worst customer service and experience i’ve had here. I highly recommend you go elsewhere with your money
