Accidentally gave the Asian man pharmacist the wrong prescription, waited for awhile and as I recieved the medication I was sincerely apologizing that it wasn’t that one and he was already not happy about that. Then I asked if he could redo the prescription and as I kept apologizing he then proceed to say this to my face ‘now I have to do double the work’. So unprofessional and did not care at all towards my apologies and yet the audacity to get upset with me as a customer. Please do not shop here and go to the next pharmacy which is called ‘PharmaSave’ down the road and their price is the same for my prescription, fast service and so much more professional.

Beware buying products in this chemist warehouse. They gave me a faulty products, and they didn't even exchange or refund the product I bought. The thing was broken before I even brought it. Never buying any electric products again. Beware everyone that is looking to purchase electric things such as shavers, toothbrush

Terrible service, I have severe stress issues and hair loss issues and I walked in wearing a warm hat to keep my head warm and my ears warm as well as to cover my hair loss out of embarrassment, the staff treated me as I'm a theif and telling me go find it yourself in that row, then they didn't want to help me when I asked for help, they then gave me the wrong medicine, I then buy the wrong medicine and went to a different pharmacy only 2 minutes away, they helped me get my medicine, they then guide me what I need to do with my medicine and service there was excellent, absolutely shame on CWRH, I'll never go here ever again!!

Oh the pharmacist oh the pharmacist that pretty spectacled face is slow as a snail or a sloth or maybe slower than the whole lot… and don’t you get me started on the joke when a snail, a sloth and a pharmacist decided to race….no points to guess who won but guess who came last. Our pharmacist !!!

Workers don't know where anything is kept, they never try helping their customers, they just tell u to check over their etc rather than walking u their to show you, and what I saw on the weekend, the make-up half price sale,its actually dearer then the prices underneath the special tickets, I asked a staff why,and she couldn't answer me when she saw I was right, so I told her to plz speak to manager because this is a scam ur riping customers off with ur false advertising, she said ok and just went back doing her job, these people r unbelievable, absolutely poor customer service and false advertisements
