Very helpful staff, but not experts in surfing stuff. They obviously know their stuff but are more just employees that know the stock but not the suitability based on their customers.

My partner and I went in the first time recently and spoke with Jordan who was so knowledgeable and patient with helping us find the best surfboard for us! After a bit of thinking we popped back and were served by Hunter who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful as Jordan! We had the best experience at Surfection. They helped us get sorted with a board, showed us how to install the fins etc. The customer service is something this place should be proud of. Two really genuine guys that were happy to help. Would recommend to anyone looking for surf gear to hit them up.

Having visited a number of times and these guys are always friendly, down to earth, and super knowledgeable.The place has an original surf shop feel to it. Be sure to look up, and check out all the old boards mounted above you.As for the range, huge!

I bought a surfboard for a friend recently and I can highly recommend Surfection. The staff was so friendly and helpful in choosing the right one. They gave me lots of tips and advises. Great knowledge and service! It was the right choice and my friend is stoked about his board.

Hi guys, i came in 2 weeks ago to buy a board. i'd been indecisive for a long time & wasn't sure what i wanted. Lachy helped me find something that suited my needs and budget. His expert knowledge put me at ease. He went above and beyond with his customer service, like cleaning the board thoroughly and waxing it. He also found me the right fins and leash. He even took the tail pad off, which i wanted off, but wasn't sure how. Lastly there was a ding on the tail which he fixed on his lunch break . . .no-one does that from my experience.I heavily endorse surfection to anyone who want's excellent surf equipment and customer service, A phenomenal experience ! Great surf shop with a wonderful attitude. It's not something that you come across to often with young sales assistants. I was lucky enough to have Dillon look after me. He listened carefully to my requirements while formulating the best advice to suit me. It's easy to see that he is passionate about his profession, it shows up his knowledge and ability to deliver excellent advice. If you are ready for your next surf craft, I suggest that you ask for Dillon.

Hands down the most helpful and informative staff. I've been looking for my second board and they taught me everything I needed to know get the right gear for me. They showed me the products that would be best for me and told me to think on it. No sales pressure at all. I really appreciate your time. Cheers!
