Peter was polite and courteous. He provided an indicative quote and was very helpful over the phone. I booked the service and he advised he would be available the next day. He provided a time, and then a subsequent courtesy call advising that he was on his way. He was professional, efficient and very Covid-19 aware/safe. His technical experience was evident and he explained everything in detail. He did not push unnecessary products or work. His prices were very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for your air conditioning needs.

Recently called PJM for an emergency fix to our old ducted a/c unit. Peter promptly turned up and immediately troubleshooted the problem. He fixed the unit in super quick time at minimum cost and was more than helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company. Bernie - Chipping Norton.

Excellent customer service (the best!) and highly recommend! Peter responded to our email inquiry within half an hour. He always provided an accurate time and would call ten minutes prior to arrival. Always punctual! We found Peter to be extremely professional, trustworthy and friendly, explaining clearly everything we needed to know re the problem with our A/C and the costs involved, which in turn made us feel comfortable. Peter went above & beyond several times correcting previous installers mistakes. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Peter of PJM Air Conditioning and are grateful for his services.
