SRS Fixed my vehicle to high standards for now the third time , I could not be happier i have read a few bad reviews and i know if you guys have an issue they will address it in a proffesional mannar, remember we are human and will make mistakes

SRS did a great job repairing my car after it was hit when parked. The service was friendly and professional. The repairs were explained to me and were completed as scheduled. The quality and workmanship of the repairs to the rear bumper of my bmw were substandard. When I raised the issues with the “manager” I was informed he thought that it was all to standard and couldn’t see what the problem was.Perhaps it was that the cutout was not straight, that parts were over it, that the cuts were not filed down and had jagged edges or that the whole thing wasn’t symmetrical.I ended up having to push a case through my insurer to have the sub standard repair work rectified which in its self was a time consuming process, all for a not at fault accident.I would not trust repair hub with my vehicle a second time.

Excellent experience with SRS. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff, great communication to keep us up to date whilst car was under repair AND they finished the job two days early. Highly recommended, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

From the moment I went in for the initial assessment I was blown away by how efficient Smash Repair Solutions in Richmond is! They immediately texted confirmation of the date for repair, and were friendly and professional. I also loved the fact that the office is all glassed in, separate to workshop, but you are right next to the workshop and can see how they function ... love the 'transparency' in all senses of the word! The workshop and EVERYTHING at SRS Richmond is SPOTLESS and efficient ... and to top it off they have a great little communication tool that texts you updates regarding the progress of the repair as it progresses through all processes (so you are not left wondering what is happening). The estimated completion date was kept and when I went to pick the car up everything went like clockwork. UNBELIEVABLY impressive! In summary, this is why I thought they were 10 out of 10 (or 5 STARS!!)1. Spotless, transparent workshop2. Fabulous use of technology for every stage of the process

Good repair job done in reasonable timeframe.Plus a free car wash, clean in and out, friendly staff. Highly recommended.I left one star out because staff kept hinting us to drop and pick up the car at a different address, not where the business is advertised and located.

Haven't linked my car placement sensors it's a nightmare. Getting time to get back is hard. That's a basic must when repairing cars. They need to call me to arrange to fix it.Clean inside was appalling. Isobel kemp
