If I could give zero stars I would. The older lady in the orange high viz is the rudest person I have ever come across in customer service. She is initially rude every time I have been, even when asked a simple question - it’s like actually doing something and lifting a finger at work ruins her day.

Fantastic establishment! I forgot an item while cleaning my car and a week later returned to find that the boss had stored it away with lost property - Thank you Steve! He is very friendly and runs the car wash well! Prices are great, coffee convenience and great options for self service or machine wash.

I used to love coming to this car wash, I no longer do. The older lady with the orange vest on was on duty, and she was really rude, she kept mumbling things under her breath about some of the other customers, using the terms “idiot”.I had paid for my self service car wash, and the dial seemed to be stuck, and I OBVIOUSLY didn’t want to BREAK IT. So I had kinda indicated that I may need some assistance, and I kindly told her what was happening, all she had to say was “move move out the way”. And she turned it the dial quite aggressively, and that got it all started which was great, and I had said thank you, but before I could even finish my sentence she had walked off.I work in customer service, and I can understand how daunting it can be and how unpleasant it can be. But this older lady on duty, just didn’t seem to care about anything.Sad that I have to now go and wash my car else where from this unpleasant experience, coming from this one older lady.I would not recommend this car wash to my friends or family, I’m so sorry that one person can ruin it for a business. By the looks of the reviews, other people have had issues with her.

Sorry to say car wash was pretty bad as brush so worn it did nothing to take dirt off. Home now to rewash car!

Very bad customer service from the older lady in the high vis shirt. Extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Perhaps she should seek employment elsewhere if she doesn’t enjoy working with people.

Not a bad car wash. Generally easy to get in/out of and has a few bays. Even has a bin for when you're vacuuming your car and inevitably find stuff to throw out.Even has little vending machines for tyre shine and the like, but these are usually $1 coins only so make sure you've got some on hand!

Over all a good experience. There can be a large line up of cars wanting to use the automatic car wash. I find if you are using the left service car wash try to not go on a windy day or you may find yourself drenched. Everything works fine and the change machine is always working

Went today and was surprised at the quality of the place. New Hoses, All products topped up, and reasonable price. Spent about $40 on hand washing and was pleased with the results. Love my car and would typically spend a day washing and cleaning. Travelled from east coast to Perth and gave it a hammering along the way, thus car wash brought it back to a respectable level. Highly recommend.

Even though it's always pretty busy you never have to wait long to get a bay. I'd say 2/3 visits someone is maintaining the equipment
