Miriam and everyone at Northcote Lawyers were fantastic and so helpful answering all my questions as a first time home owner. She was prompt in replying to emails and phones calls and reassured me that everything was in order and ready for settlement. On settlement day there was an issue from the vendors side, Miriam was great in explaining it to me and providing realistic possible outcomes and what my options were.
