Aldax Moulds

I'd prefer to give five stars as their service is usually excellent but recently, their packaging was not very good as you can see from the photo showing the condition of a Craftsil canister when it arrived.

ZERO stars. They are incredibly quick to take your money but 12 days after ordering a silicone they confirmed they had in stock, it still hasn't even been mailed. Don't bother emailing, they don't response, don't bother calling they won't call you back. Stick to amazon, at least you get what you ordered from another country faster than these guys can deliver within NSW

Excellent products and service and very fast delivery.

A great range of products and they've always got great advice about which resins and silicones will work best for what you're doing. I've never been dissapointed by any of the products I've bought here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had searched for a particular Christmas present for my husband, and aldax sold exactly what I wanted. I made the order on the 19th of November to be here by christmas. When I received the email confirmation it said 10 days to make a custom made silicone, I was counting my lucky stars I had ordered in November and not December. On December 3rd I had realised that I hadn't heard any shipping updates, so I had emailed to confirm order status. I heard nothing, I then called a couple of times on the 7th of December, no one picked up. I then tried seeing if they had Facebook, I messaged through there and got a reply the next day - saying they had a back log. Now I totally understand that is what happens around Christmas, but an email on update would of been amazing. Now I had asked will this be here by Christmas, and then I heard nothing, I messaged again on the 15th and I heard nothing. Now today I emailed again, and then all of a sudden they have shipped it. Two days before Christmas. I'm really upset with the lack of communication, if I knew there was a back log on orders I would of been totally okay. But instead I've been left in the dark. very poor service.
