My experience at this Salon was appalling, after many years supporting this salon, the owner Vicky decided one day she did not want to continue servicing me as a client, because there was not enough profit to make, and doubled her price to me to get rid of me. That’s not how you treat people and long term clients of yours. Not happy and thank god I have found a wonderful salon who has integrity and loyalty now.

My daughter had haircut and blow dry at Hairum Carlton. The staff did some sort of hair treatment and charged over $140! My daughter didn’t even say yes.So ridiculous! They have to understand Customers are not stupid, we definitely won’t go back again!

Vicky is amazing. She made us feel at home, took the time to learn our names and gave me an amazing cut. Have had bad experiences at hairdressers for the past 20 years, this one is my new go to as I know Vicky will take care of me. Will return monthly until I turn bald.

First time customer, had come in from interstate for wedding. Cassandra & family are friendly, funny & amazing. Cassandra took a lil extra time with me knowing it was an important day even though the weather didn't. She knew my hair type without telling her. Now how do I get her to Perth full time?Thank you to all at Hairem.

This is the place to go if you want your hair done by experts. They know their stuff and are so knowledgeable about options on how to reach your hair goals! I initially went here to fix a dodgy dye job done elsewhere and they fixed it in one go!! Now I wouldn't go anywhere else!! So happy. All the ladies who work here are so genuinely kind, friendly and bubbly, beautiful people. I love my visits. Its such a pretty salon too. Best salon I have ever been to with the best results.
