My family have been sleeping on Latex mattresses provided by Zen Natural Beds for years. We recently purchased a Tasmanian Blackwood bed frame to go with our existing king size latex mattress (also from Zen). Danny was great to deal with, allowing me to make modifications to the height of the bed to suit my preferences. Being custom made allows flexibility in the designs that you don’t experience elsewhere. The frame was also delivered and put together in place, which again is a service not often experienced today. The quality and craftsmanship of the bed frame is beautiful and I would not hesitate in recommending Zen Natural Beds to anyone who asks. Thank you for a wonderful bed and purchasing experience.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Organic King Latex Mattress and Sakura Bed Frame!! Tiffany and Dan are so friendly and genuine to deal with. Their customer service was outstanding right from the moment we walked through the door, to Dan assembling our beautiful bed at home. The mattress is a dream to sleep on and perfectly supports my lower back pain. The craftsmanship and quality of the wooden bed frame is exceptional and a real testament to the passion that Dan puts into his work. We couldn't be happier with our choice! Could not be happier with the Bedding & Service I received from Dan & Tiffany. Bedding is bespoke crafted using Australian timbers, made onsite supporting Local Australian Businesses. Natural Latex mattress has improved my sleep and general well being. Quality unique Bedding, highly recommended.

We got our king mattress here 5 years ago and still absolutely love it… just been back to buy 2 more mattresses for our spare rooms. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for - the quality is excellent and they really last - and we loved the service. No push, no pressure and as much time as you need to try them out and make a choice. Highly recommend.

An absolutely beautiful stunning king size bed made from Tasmanian Blackwood. Thank you Dan, Alistair and all the craftsmen who worked on creating such a beautiful piece of furniture for us. As soon as we saw this bed in your showroom Dan we fell in love, and the little extra lift made it even more spectacular. It not only looks amazing but is amazing to sleep on (we chose latex firm as it keeps us from sinking). Thank you Zen Natural Beds, we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed, to check out their showroom. Perhaps call ahead so that Dan is available to show you around and answer all your questions.

Supreme quality on my authentic, handmade Japanese-style bed! I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, it's incredibly comfortable! The service has just been great, I really appreciate the efforts Dan and his team have gone to in making such an important piece of my life, and it looks fantastic. We purchased a Zen Beds mattress years ago as we wanted to buy quality and prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. After contacting Dan recently for help with finding our original invoice for an insurance claim post floods we feel otherwise. Dan was less than helpful and unnecessarily blunt in all communications. After weeks of friendly reminders for an insurance quote we gave up... (Baby Bunting and Space Furniture got back to us the next day with a quote but as the damaged goods were all on one claim we were out of pocket for weeks). Thankfully our insurance company gave us the benefit of the doubt when we explained the delay and paid our claim. We'll be taking our money elsewhere to purchase a new mattress and we will no longer actively refer business to Zen Beds.
